With over 15 years of expertise in Ontario’s post-secondary sector, I specialize in impartial mediation and investigation of complex complaints involving discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence. Beyond casework, I partner with institutions to co-author robust policies and implement systemic solutions rooted in cross-departmental collaboration and meaningful community engagement.

Mediation: I facilitate constructive dialogue between parties to reach voluntary and sustainable agreements. I hold structured space to receive all perspectives to architect a practical solution that is compliant with policy and legislation.
Investigation: I conduct trauma-informed, impartial, thorough, and sensitive fact-finding into complex complaints. My reports provide clear, defensible findings to inform a path forward.
Policy Development: I assess and enhance policy, procedure, and practice to align with human rights standards.
Community Engagement: I work collaboratively to build capacity, improve communication, and implement strategies that strengthen relationships and promote a culture of respect and equity.
